Bailey Furtado is a Senior Fresh Foods Industry Analyst at Circana, partnering closely with industry association clients to turn data complexity into clarity in the evolving world of the perimeter and total food & beverage. With a strong foundation in the food and agriculture industry, Bailey has a career that blends strategic thinking with consumer-centric insights.
Her professional journey began in retail, where she specialized in category management and insights—translating shopper behavior into actionable strategies that drove growth across key departments. She is a proud graduate of California State University, Fresno, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Business.
Emily Glass

Emily Glass is Senior Director, Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Topco Associates. A strategic HR professional with a passion for fostering collaborative environments and driving impactful talent strategies, she partners with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, while shaping a positive organizational culture.
She leads talent management, planning, and acquisition efforts, while overseeing HR Business Partnership and Inclusion initiatives. A graduate of Arizona State University, a Professional in Human Resources (HRCI), and a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Emily is also a graduate of Topco’s leadership development program.

Alexis Herbert is a Business Manager at Daymon, supporting the Ahold Delhaize account for nearly three years. In her role, her responsibilities include supporting suppliers and retailers in various ways such as developing new private brand programs, closing distribution voids, searching for innovation and white space opportunities and more.
Alexis began with Daymon in 2019 after graduating from Western Michigan University’s Food & Consumer Packed Goods Marketing program and is passionate about promoting diversity as part of the WISE Junior Board.

Dulce Mireles is Product Developer at Whole Foods Market supporting Breakfast Shelf Stable & Refrigerated Dairy Exclusive Brands growth and innovation. Born in Mexico, she prides herself in cooking, baking and eating traditional Mexican culinary delights.
Kyle Zofinski
Topco Associates LLC
Kyle Zofinski is an Associate Sourcing Manager at Topco Associates LLC, where he manages a variety of general merchandise categories including stationery, kitchen, and cake decorating. He was the first graduate of Topco’s two-year rotational program in June 2022, completing rotations across six departments.
Through this program, he gained hands-on experience in functional roles and processes while leading specialized projects in each area. Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a concentration in Honors Integrated Marketing Education (IME) from DePaul University and as part of the IME honors program, he partnered with brands such as Kellogg’s, Barilla Group, and Romance Kosugi on detailed consulting projects.

Cooper Zwanka is Associate Business Manager at Daymon. Since 2023 he has been on the Itasca Regional Team, where his key focus is collaborating with retailer customers and key supplier partners to manage and expand their private brand programs.
