Tom Ewing of T. Marzetti started in his career in private label while working as a sales manager for Borden, following positions at P&G and Frito-Lay. Joining PLMA in the mid-80s, he soon came onto the board of directors, where he contributed an incredible amount of his time and effort over the years – including two terms as chairman – and representing private label interests in connection with scores of industry-wide initiatives.
