Pat Nicolino was first retained by the Clement Pappas company as a consultant for a major product initiative on behalf one of their largest customers. A six-week project proved her to be an indispensable agent of positive change for the company. She would dedicate another nine years as Vice President of Marketing to establishing a clear vision for relationships with all the customers of Clement Pappas and later Lassonde Pappas. The relationships were based on trust and cultivated an environment where innovation could flourish.
