Angela LePore, Senior Manager, Private Brands Product Development, Simmons Pet Food, Inc. joined the company shortly after graduating from college and in a short amount of time has become a team leader responsible for the development and maintenance of more than 1,000 formulas across some 30 private label customers. Her love of pets and passion for the industry is evident in her keen understanding of the market and strong cross functional relationships with customers. Most recently, Angela was instrumental in the success of a new packaging format that targeted a national brand. By immersing herself in the design process and conducting multiple product cuttings and nutritional analyses, her commitment to delivering top quality results paid off with the launching of multiple private brand products.
