Edward P. Salzano is President of EDNJ Associates, a marketing and consulting firm he founded in 2013 after serving more than 30 years as Executive Vice President/COO of LiDestri Foods, where he oversaw marketing and sales for the company and notably transformed a small $8 million single manufacturer into a $800 million diverse food and beverage company. Edward is best known for his love and passion for the private label industry. His personal ongoing commitment, dedication and willingness to share his knowledge not only to make his customers best in class, but also to give of his time and talent to his peers to make the industry better. He was actively involved with PLMA from 1984 to 2021, serving on the Board of Directors for several years and as Chairman from 1998-2000. He also served as PLMA’s Chair of the Strategic Goals Committee and Chairman of StoreBrands USA.
