Brian Hartshorn, Senior Vice President, General Merchandise Manager, Consumables, Dollar General
Brian has responsibility for food, perishables, candy and snacks, beer, wine and tobacco categories. In 2003, Brian began in a financial role as a Merchandise Planning Manager. In 2005, Brian moved into Merchandising. And in 2014, Brian was elevated to Vice President, Division Merchandise Manager. He spent five years leading the health and beauty care division before being promoted to Senior Vice President, General Merchandise Manager – Non-Consumables. Brian transitioned into his current role in 2020.
