How do I register?

First time visitors should complete a Registration Request Form. After your request has been processed, you will receive an email link to register.

My colleague and I attended the show last year, how do we register to attend this year?

If you attended our show in the past year, you should have received an email registration link. If you haven’t received your registration link, please contact +1 212 972-3131. Please be sure to check your SPAM/JUNK folder for the link.

How do I pay to register?

Acceptable forms of payment include American Express, MasterCard and Visa.  We do not accept Discover card.

Can I pay with a check?

We do not accept checks.

What is the Refund/Cancellation Policy?

A 50% refund will be granted on or before Friday, October 13.

No refunds will be granted after October 13.

Refunds are credited to the credit card used to register. If the card is invalid, please contact the issuing bank as the money will be refunded to the credit card that was initially used to register.

Registration is non-transferrable. 

What is included in my pre-registration fee?

Your pre-registration fee includes early access to Show Navigator, Express Check-In, Idea Supermarket, Sunday Opening Seminars, Sunday Opening Reception, and Monday and Tuesday Breakfast Seminars which allow you to network with exhibitors before walking the trade show floor.

Can I pre-register now and pay later?

Once you receive your invitation to register you will be opted through a secure payment method.

How long will it take to receive my registration link?

If you submitted a Registration Request Form, it is in the queue. Registration Request Forms are processed in the order they are received. Please DO NOT submit another form, as it slows down the approval process.

I submitted my Registration Request Form weeks ago and haven’t received my link. What’s the status?

All invitations and confirmations are sent to the email provided when registering. Please check your SPAM/JUNK/DELETE folder for an email with the subject Online Registration for PLMA’s 2023 Annual Private Label Trade Show and add PLMA to your Safe Senders list to continue receiving email updates regarding the trade show. Still can’t find it? Do a GLOBAL EMAIL SEARCH for PLMA. If you’re not receiving any emails from PLMA regarding the show, please check with your company’s IT department and have them RELEASE trade show emails and PLMA to your Safe Senders list. 

Why is my registration pending?

Please be patient, as your registration is in the queue for processing.  Registration payments submitted on a holiday or weekend are processed the next business day. Credit cards are not charged until registration is approved. 

Can I add another person to my registration that has already been processed?

No. Once you submit your registration and payment, you cannot add another person. Additional registrants must complete a separate Registration Request Form.

Can I use my email address to register others?

No. Each registrant must use their own unique business email address to register.  The system will not accept duplicate email addresses.

I cannot attend. Can I transfer my registration?

Badges are non-transferrable.

When will I receive my badge voucher?

Badge vouchers are emailed to all registrants two weeks prior to the show.

My Spouse is not registered but would like to attend the Opening Night Reception. What should I do?

The ticket price to attend is $50 and can be purchased at the cashier in the Convention Center Registration Hall.

Can I receive a Visa Letter prior to my registration?

 No. Visa Letters are only issued upon post-registration.
