All classes for PLMA’s Executive Education Program will be held at Hyatt Regency O’Hare, 9300 Bryn Mawr Avenue, Rosemont, IL. Signs for the event will be evident on the ground level of the hotel. To reach the International Level from the main/street entrance, take the escalator down one level.

IS OPEN UNTIL FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 3 Register | PLMA

On Saturday, November 11, at the registration area, in front of the meeting room, check-in will be open at 9 AM. Each registrant will be issued an official PLMA Executive Education badge. The badge is required to be worn during the program on Saturday and Sunday. Displaying the badge is also a courtesy to instructors, staff and fellow participants.

On Saturday and Sunday lunch and snacks are provided during scheduled breaks in the program. Please advise us in advance of any dietary restriction or food allergies.

Attire for the classroom sessions is casual.

To cancel your registration and qualify for a full refund of your fee, your request must be made in writing to PLMA at least 10 calendar days prior to the event. Requests for cancellation of your registration and a refund that are received in writing after that date will receive a 50% refund. However, no refunds will be made for any registration cancellation that is requested on the Friday prior to the event.

In the event a registrant needs to cancel due to a positive COVID-19 test or exposure to COVID-19, the registration fee will be refunded in full up until the day of the event provided proper documentation and written notification is provided to PLMA. Once on site if registrant tests COVID-19 positive, the registered attendee will be responsible for any expenses incurred, including, but not limited to, lodging, meals, incidentals, and altered travel.
