Shaun is a co-leader of McKinsey’s Consumer Health practice and has co-led the firm’s research on the Future of Wellness.  His experience includes expansion strategy into the naturals segment, with a heavy focus on the VMS (vitamin, mineral, supplement) market.

His experience also includes developing a set of health and wellness investable themes for investors, across Consumer Health (VMS, OTC), Fitness, Mindfulness, Nutrition, Sleep and Appearance segments and has been a retail advisor on how to strategically incorporate health and wellness products and services into a value proposition for customers.

Hayley is a core member of McKinsey’s Consumer Health and Wellness service line and co-leads its annual Future of Wellness research. Her experience also includes medical marketing strategy for a global CPG beverage player seeking to unlock the hydration wellness space, portfolio strategy for a CPG beverage player in the functional beverage space and M&A strategy for a leading CPG food player to enter the nutritious home meals space. She is also responsible for diligence of consumer health and wellness assets (e.g., orthopedic footwear, vitamins) for private equity funds.
