When and where is PLMA’s 2023 Annual Private Label Trade Show?
PLMA’s 2023 Annual Private Label Trade Show in Chicago takes place Nov. 12-14 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, 5555 N. River Road, Rosemont, IL 60018.
What is the visitor fee to attend?
Non-Member Pre-Registration fee is $495.
Member Registration follows a tiered fee structure:
$375 – First registrant
$325 – Second registrant
$275 – Third registrant
Member Broker Registration
$175 (pre-registration and on-site registration)
There is no reduced fee for attending one day or less.
What are the criteria for qualifying to attend as a Retailer/Buyer?

Do you have discounts for non-profit organizations, schools, students, senior citizens, etc.?
Fees are not discounted.
Do I have to be a Member of PLMA to attend the trade show?

How long is PLMA’s Show Navigator available?
It is accessible via smart phone, during show hours, by visiting www.plma.com/mobile. Attendees can search by product category to locate exhibitors on the show floor. At the conclusion of the show, PLMA’s Show Navigator will continue to be accessible through January 31, 2024.
Can I take photos of the trade show?
Photos are prohibited in the registration area and show halls, including the Idea Supermarket.
Is there free Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi is available and determined by the Convention Center. To resolve any connectivity issues, find the nearest RES Center (Rosemont Exposition Services) on the show floor for assistance.

Is there parking near the Convention Center?
Yes. There is a parking garage. The daily parking fee is $15.
Are there handicap accessible facilities in the Convention Center?
Yes, the Convention Center is Handicap Accessible. Please order a wheelchair and/or scooter in advance by contacting Regina Brown at PLMA +1 212 972-3131 ext. 1238.
Are children permitted to attend?
This is a professional event. Small children are not permitted. The minimum age allowed on the trade show floor is 16 years old.
I can’t attend the show. Can I purchase the Official Program Guide?
No. The Official Program Guide is not for sale. Copies of the Official Program Guide are only available to registered attendees receive a copy of the Guide.

Purple Badge: University Outreach
REMINDER
Remember to wear your badge at all times for admission to the Convention Center and to PLMA functions at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare. Badges are not transferable and are color coded by registrant.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are not allowed in Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.
Assistance dogs are always welcome.
